Pricing FAQ

Can I try InvoiceGrid before paying?+

Yes. InvoiceGrid offers free tools including a payment reminder email generator and a follow-up schedule planner. You can try these without signing up or entering payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus many local payment methods. All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+

Absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly plans?+

Both plans include all features. The yearly plan saves you 17% — you pay $120/year ($10/month) instead of $12/month. That's $24 savings per year.

Is InvoiceGrid an invoicing tool?+

No. InvoiceGrid is an invoice tracking and AR management tool — it sits on top of your existing invoicing software (QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, etc.). You continue creating invoices where you do today; InvoiceGrid helps you track who owes you, chase late payers, and analyse your AR health.

What does 'client risk scoring' mean?+

InvoiceGrid automatically scores each client based on their payment history — how often they pay late, by how many days, and the total outstanding amount. This helps you prioritise which clients to chase first and spot problem clients before they become bad debt.

Can I import invoices from QuickBooks or other tools?+

Yes. InvoiceGrid supports CSV import so you can bring in invoices from QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, Xero, or any tool that can export a CSV. Once imported, all invoices appear on your Kanban board ready to track and chase.

What is an Evidence Pack?+

An Evidence Pack is a one-click dispute document that compiles all your chase history, delivery notes, and invoice details into a timestamped PDF you can download instantly. It's designed to support you if you need to escalate to small claims court, a collections agency, or simply prove to a client that you followed up consistently.

How is InvoiceGrid different from a spreadsheet?+

A spreadsheet has no chase history, no email generator, no risk scoring, and no visual Kanban board. InvoiceGrid is purpose-built for AR management — every invoice moves through stages (Sent, Viewed, Overdue, Chasing, Paid), so you always know what needs action today.
